No planning permission required
To keep paperwork to a minimum we’ll design something that means you don’t need planning permission. We’re happy to provide advice and introductions to help you get your build signed off if it’s over 30m2 or primarily used as a space for sleeping.

We will talk through your ideas and desires for your new space, giving you our best advice on what will suit you best. Following this we will give an indication of costs. If this figure suits your budget, we will schedule a site visit.
Book in the install date, mark it on your calendar, get excited.
A member of our design team will visit your property to take precise measurements and discuss specifications and design elements to meet your needs. We will send over your 3D design of your building and a formal quote within three working days.
Design refinements and engagement.
With final tweaks made and you are happy to give us the green light, we will take a 5% deposit to book our next available slot. We will take 25% two weeks before starting, staging the further payments throughout the build.
