If you do opt-in to receive our updates, seasonal promos or other information from us you do so in the pretence that we will be the only ones to contact you in regards to these points. 3rd party companies won’t have access to your information or data, so it will not be resold or provided to any other companies. Here at Owl Garden Studios, we are committed to ensuring that your data is not misused in any way shape or form, as such we will only ever ask for information that allows us to operate and provide the services that we do. Any processing is in line with our policies, is lawful, transparent & is accurate and kept up to date, being removed when no longer needed. This is mainly for the purposes of taking our prospects through the customer journey from initial contact to prospect to customer, if you have made contact with us through our website, email or telephone to request an estimate you will have initiated this journey. Your information as a prospect will be kept on file until you are no longer a valid option, in the case that you’ve employed another contractor or we receive confirmation that you are no longer interested in having the works done. Typically we may follow up on your initial enquiry via email, phone call or message through social media over the course of 4 weeks. Any data we do store is done so in a safe & secure manner, in line with the data protection act. Should you wish to opt-out of our marketing at any point you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link, contained within the footer section of our emails or by contacting us directly in writing to provide confirmation. For the purposes of sharing reviews & written testimonials, we do not disclose personal details or exact location for the project, our usual level of detail is the first name, initial of second name and town/ area. If you choose to provide more information when leaving a review within one of our listings or placements on the internet and do not wish for us to promote or share the level of detail contained within but instead opt for a ‘snippet of text’ or paragraph to be used please let us know & we’ll quite happily amend this for you before sharing on social media or on our website.
